I think the school and Jamis both walk away unscathed from everything.

Doesn't mean they are innocent but just the way it is.

I think (hope) you are wrong. My resoning is when a female student drops out of school because she is afraid for her health, there has to be something done. This SHOULD turn into a NCAA investigation with not only the expolusion of Winston, but the stripping of their wins ala Bobby.
