Cook even criticized the refs.

tripped him and made a probable contact or tackle impossible.

Cook's word on it ?? hell, had they thrown a flag right there, Cook would be way downfield without
knowing about it ? $20,000 fine and the officials should be advised to watch FSU more closely ... since
they do it all the time.
