Disagree, they'll find a way. 2022 will be their first year there.Simply put, the jags aren't going to London anytime soon.
Sorry man.

The Packers have it right.
The Packers' situation is indeed unique.

Sorry man.
The Packers are ingrained in Green Bay and Wisconsin. In fact, they have one of the largest followings in the nation. The fans are nuts and if the Pack went 0-16 year in and year out they still would sell out Lambeau. The waiting list for season tickets is in the tens of thousands. People leave season tickets in their will. It truly is a family and community affair.
It's more than that - the team is owned by the people of Green Bay. It would be almost impossible to sell/move them.

This may be UnAmerican, but I think sports owners should face different rules. That team belongs to Jacksonville. The city worked for decades to get a team. Thousands of people invested time and effort. Taxpayers and tens of thousands of fans have invested a generation into them. One selfish dude should not be allowed to ruin it.
More generally, it's my understanding that NFL viewership has been steadily declining.
Apparently NFL ratings have experienced a bit of a rebound so far this season.
Like the Cleveland Browns, NFL ratings are beating expectations
Since you're a Jags fan, I can understand your reluctance to accept the inevitable. You do realize that, as of today, the FA Council doesn't have the votes to approve the sale to Khan? They see him as an outsider and don't like him. Maybe that changes by Oct. 24. I doubt it.
Why do you think they've been playing a game or two in London for several years now? There IS a financial incentive, that's the entire reason they've headed down that path. They think they can make the NFL an international sport so they can make more billions.Still, there's no financial incentive to leave nor would it be approved by the owners.
Do you have enough self awareness to realize that the catchphrase under your name (defender of freedom) and getting whiny about players kneeling are polar opposites?
Just curious.

They are free to kneel.
He is free to feel the way he does.
Freedom goes both ways.
Calling it un-American seems to go against the belief that they are free to do so. Exercising ones rights is about as American as it gets. It just seems nowadays that people only support things like free speech when it's speech that they agree with.
I disagree. He didn't say they didn't have the right to do it. He didn't like it. And he acted on his dislike.
They have the right to kneel. I have to right to cancel the NFL Ticket and stop watching over it.
