He likes making buddies in the press and talking to them to make excuses when his D stats aren't good. "Offense put us in bad positions." He did it to Mack Brown and Tuberville. I have no doubt he will resort to his old habits.

As for him getting an HC job, I guess there is a sucker born every minute. However, Zook got fired and was immediately hired by a power conference. The fact that no one was interested in Dumptank shows that he has enough of a resume that no one wants him. He's a louder, more azzholeish Gene Chizik.

Enough already. Muschamp had his faults, and we all agree he needed to be let go. But continued thinking that he was some kind of Manchurian Candidate of a coach who deliberately lost b/c he went to Georgia is beyond absurd. He never could get any kind of offense going, and that doomed him. You can't just trust your D to hold an opponent to 10 pts & hope yoy get 13.

Plenty of coaches have coached their alma mate's arch rival, it's the nature of the profession.

When he could no longer control neither the behavior nor the wins/losses, he ran out for the sake of self-preservation.

Point No. 3. Foley kept Muschamp around long after his lack of usefulness as a football coach became all too obvious. He changed the culture, which made him useful beyond X's and O's, so the ends justified the means.

We had it all in 2008 and 2009, but then we didn't. The price we were asked to pay is steep.
