I always wonder what you do about the morals clause in a contract like the one Nike signed with Rapeis. Since he was already a known rapist, how could you fire him if he did it again or just grabbed her by the pvssy in an uber?

Maybe that’s why they had to non-renew at expiration rather than terminating with cause while the contract was still in force.
