He's doing a "good" job, much better than his two predecessors, and I like him. Lots of accolades that I could give him but I think the best is that he has made Gator football fun to watch again.
And here's the "but", he has real issues on his staff that he hasn't addressed. And I don't pretend to know why he doesn't address them. Does he not see the weaknesses, or not agree with them, too loyal, etc.? I don't know? What I know, or should say firmly believe, is that if he doesn't upgrade his staff (starting with the dwag DC), 11-2 may be his ceiling. I just can't see us winning the SEC with Graham as DC. Too many times this year we needed a stop and couldn't get it; including our two losses and Monday against UVa.
Here's the pumper in me. I have faith that he will upgrade the staff; mostly because a) I can't fathom him not recognizing the poor defensive performance and b) he doesn't seem satisfied with the number 2 spot in the east.
