I know we don't play them often anymore, but strange things happen against these guys more often than not, the underdog has won many. Their strength goes against our weakness ( DL vs OL ). It will be exciting as always, we win by 2 with a 40+ field goal by McPherson.
I have no idea why Auburn is anymore than a 3 point dog. I could see Vegas thinking that the teams are evenly split but giving UF a FG at home. Almost a TD god is pretty out there.

You know, I used to think there wasn’t an opponent you didn’t like. I’m now convinced it’s more precise than that - there isn’t an opponent’s DL out there that you don’t like. Does auburn have good TEs? Surprised you haven’t started drooling over those yet.

Just telling the reality as I see it and so far we have only been able to run on FCS level teams once the game gets out of hand and they have quit trying that hard.

Maybe you can tell me how we are going to establish an effective running game against Auburn's D line and start running for 200+ a game in our SEC schedule like we did last season.

In my years I have seen a lot of promising Florida teams lose to them and a lot of promising Auburn teams lose to us. They look pretty good to me and it will take our very best effort. I'm glad it's at home.

I don’t think we are going to run on them. I’m hoping Trask keeps this passing game moving - our OL can’t run block for crap.

That said, watch us run for 250 because Auburn

Well those two are more legitimate than any teams we’ve defeated so far. Auburn can stuff the run and run the ball well, not a good recipe for us. Maybe we’ll be able to take advantage of their secondary and jump out in front of them to get them out of their comfort zone.
If we have next to no running game at all, do we care that opponents can "stuff the run"? That might be formidable against most teams, but we already know we have a weak run game.

Players that never played or transferred out:
James Robinson
Brian Edwards
Jake Allen
Adarious Lemons
Daquan Green
Well, three of those played. I'm a little fuzzy on Jake Allen, probably not.

You realize that many of Muschump's players will still transfer out over the next couple of years, right? Making that garbage class even worse. So if you can't really include the ones who play but transfer later in year 3 bc obviously that hasn't happened yet. Obviously, far more kids tend to transfer than fail to qualify at all. We can be confident that number will be at least 4 or 5 players that leave from the miserable 2019 class.

Im screwing with you only bc you would do the same to me if I wasn't strictly accurate.

Auburn worries me. They have a speedy attacking run game. They have a top defensive line. Mullen will have to outsmart that D. It's gonna take crafty game plan execution. Do we dare gamble on sweeps? So our RBs aren't drilled on ad-libbing "run to daylight", they will get caught in the pile in the box which they will stack with 6+ tacklers.

Love to see Trask "speed-passing" sideways with our receivers breaking for long gains - just to check if they can defend that. I love the fact that we have so many threatening receivers, capable of long yacs = Swain, Hammond, Grimes. Jefferson. Copeland, Cleveland, Wells, not to mention TE Pitts, Gamble and Krull. Mix it up Dan, but mix it safely.

I have no idea what you’re trying to get at.

Auburn has Schwartz #5, who is an Olympic hopeful sprinter. Gators, don't let him get away.

Dude is legit fast. Surprised he didn’t come here for track alone.

Remember, Auburn had Cam Newton escort him around on his official visit.
Wonder if we were wise enough to include our track coach in shmoozing him? Gator track stars would know more about his likes.
