Am I crazy? I watched tight ends and backs block Moon one on one with little trouble. It's been that way since he arrived on campus. I watch Moon in space and see a freak in coverage. Why does Grantham insist on playing Moon as a pass rusher when he clearly sucks at it? He just flails around. Move him to Reese's or Miller's position in the offseason Use his athleticism for once.

 

Dan needs to cut Knox, English and Grantham loose. Also needs to flat out recruit better. Be more cutthroat. If not this is our ceiling 10-2 or 9-3. Very Richt like...

 

That’s the Grantham effect. Lots of QBs look like Heisman contenders against Grantham’s defenses.

 

It would have been better had they kicked the shyt out of us. Now they can wiggle their way around and blame ref, players etc as opposed to admitting they are a bunch of Bush league losers that are over paid

You won;t get an argument from me. I was on record long before he arrived that I did not want Cousin Eddie anywhere near as our coach. But a game like today is just who he is. That is Cousin Eddie, but I am not going to get all worked up about it b/c I know what we have. We have another Hugh Freeze, Goose Malzahn, etc. Glorified high school coaches who are serviceable coaches, nothing more nothing less. It just looks worse when you get schooled by a guy like Kirby Smart, tho an excellent defensivve coach, sux balls at game managment. Like I was ROFLMAO when they got a delay of game penalty to begin their final drive coming right after a kickoff. Giving us the luxury of defending 1st and 15 and we still could not get a 3 and out when all they wanted to do was run out the clock.

 

I give our guys and coaches credit. To play that badly with less talent and still be within 7 seven at the end. Hell, if we could actually find a way to recruit better, who knows. It just sucks being that close...not really that close...and have our destiny in our own hands, but poof it goes.

 

That's because UGA sucks. A good team would have curb stomped this performance

 

I didn't really watch Dean until today. That guy was burned everytime the ball came his way. He was always out of place or a step behind. My son was yellling, who is #21 and why don't they pull him? Just one example, but wow there are couple of folks like that. The secondary was always a step off or behind.

Because for the 2nd big game he laid a giant Grantham turd on the field allowing LSU and UGA to do anything they wanted. How in the hell can you study D all your life and coach as DC at UofF and not have the mentality to attack. Grantham is a twat totally unsuited for the job.

Because if our OC (Dan Mullen) had the ball for more than 18 min all game we might have scored more. I hear ya, we had 3 points the first quarter but how many drives did we have? Their offense held the ball the entire game. Because we couldn’t stop them on 3rd down

 

I like Gray. Seems like the bigger issue is that the QB has all day in a clean pocket. No DBs can consistently be asked to do that. Safeties are a nightmare but we know that. English and Knox just have to go. They have to. Grantham too.
