My 2 cents.
Sometimes experts can’t see the forest for the trees.
Or
“I’m an expert and I can’t think of a solution so there isn’t one. “

But then those “experts” aren’t getting paid millions because they are supposed to have the solution. Granted, as we well know, money doesn’t guarantee a coach is worth his salary. But, once in awhile, I’d like to see it happen.
