We have as good a chance of winning it all as any team. That is all you can ask for. In baseball, a team the wins over 60% of their games is amazing. A double elimination tourney with 8 evenly matched teams is crap shoot, not any way to judge a coach.

I guess we will agree to disagree on the talent part and I believe the draft will show it in the next couple years. Obviously it's a crapshoot, but sooner or later he needs to win one with the talent he pulls in.

To reiterate, I hope he's here for a long time lol

Not to nitpick but we aren't number 1, and won't be #1 overall seed. Won't matter tho, we will be a national seed.

My criticism is his in game decisions that are head scratchers. For instance, not using Kirby today to face the lefty that had already homered once in the game. It was an obvious situation to bring in your specialist to keep the game tied.

He's a great recruiter and pitching coach, I just hope he doesn't make a decision that backfires in the tourney.

Sully recruits like no other, dominates FSU, Miami, and gets us to Omaha almost every year. We should fire him immediately!

Correct, Shore had a stomach "bug" but has been in dougout all weekend. I think Sully pitches him today for 3 innings, like a bullpen session, just to keep routine and make sure his mechanics are sound. I think if it were regionals, Shore pitches through it. The gators are using the tourny as an "intersquad", now they are in the ship expect them to go all out. (shore 3, snead, singer 1 or 2, Anderson).

Hey man, when will foley dump some money into the baseball stadium? Thinking about making a trip but dont want to get sunburnt, LOL. With all the baseball success, they should upgrade the stadium.

Anyways, good to be back online with you guys and hope to make a trip this fall. Been adding and adding to my gator room, got an autograph baseball from the team in BR few weeks back. Hope all is well

Great to have you here. I can't believe you lasted as long as you did on that old dead board. That must have been painful. How did you finally find this place?

As for the baseball stadium, would be nice but don't see it happening. Maybe if Sully wins it all Jeremy might throw a couple bucks that way.

Wow UF got the #1 overall seed, don't think many people saw that coming. Time to win it all, we are due.

We just received the #1 overall seed in the tourney, matched against winner of the Tallahasee regional in the Super Regionals.

I think UF was only logical choice. Body of work is like no other, did u guys see FSU reaction? Priceless.

Lets get through game 1 of regional first, then worry about FSU.

That being sad, I think the committee was lazy with the pairings. Same as last year. LSU gets the 8 seed with NCSTATE pairing, kinda fishy.
