As for the blocks, if a particular block is always the last to be sold and often times NOT sold at all then that block should go up for sale to the general public on game day.

Or better yet several days ahead. There are people in say Tampa who might want to come but need tickets to plan. I thought that students got their season tickets and up until a few years ago there were more students than tickets. They called it a sell out, so I bet the tickets were sold but not used.
