Have no clue how they are about to afford the upgrades but I wish someone at UF would start to take notes so we could do the same.

Well if they are going deeply in debt then I hope we never do that. If they somehow are tapping into large donors then we need to get busy.

Now I would insist on a capital plan for say the next 10 years along with a funding program to do it. Just like we had for academics. If you want to be the best you must first plan, then do, then check (is it working?), then act (improve).
