But when he played for Orlando, he'd often randomly show up at basketball courts for pickup games when he would see kids playing.

I find it interesting that a successful new coach in our athletics department is one that Scottie the moron stumbled into versus actually hiring.
Maybe the football program has an assistant on staff that can truly build a program?
