Nothing really changes that the scheme itself is atrocious though someone has forced Grantham to do less Granthaming (more heavies on DL, less zero high bltizes, less way off man coverage more jamming or at least one stiff arm type contact at the line).

Think the official site lists McGriff as the "Secondary Coach" and Jules as the CB coach.

Agreed, but I blame Grantham. Not nearly enough garbage time on Offense because of his dumb a$$.
