In my last day of class with him, Emerson addressed his uncanny resemblance to this actor--Wallace Shawn. For which, Emerson stated he was much better looking than the actor and it was inconceivable that he could be compared to the actor.

. Let's face it, winning the damn title almost always come down to how good your friggin' quarterback is.

Which is why Tom Brady and Payton Manning dominated so much in college. Yes that was sarcasm.

Great QB play helps, but everything begins with being good up front. An unsettled line and predictable playcalling can make a very talented QB look like DJ Lagway 2025 (even when he is less hurt).

Part of me thinks Kiffin eventually winds up in the NFL, who more and more look to innovative offensive-minded people. Honestly I'm a bit surprised the NFL (the Titans have a current opening) isn't looking at him now. I think Kiffin would leap to the NFL again so fast that one of those vapor clouds in the shape of his body would remain for a few seconds.
People forget Lane was the Raiders coach for a bit. When he got canned, he went to college ball. He's seen the NFL, and maybe it's not for him.

He was there when Al Davis was running the raiders, which is like Biden at the resolute desk. Lane wasn't exactly in the Patriots organization during his NFL stint.

He may want to return, but maybe he knows college is for him even if the Crypt Keeper was his boss at the Raiders.

But it hasnt. That is why Mississippi has about the same roster talent as Kentucky and has less than half the bluechippers as UF even as bad as we and have been.
Yawn. If Urban Meyer was at Ole Miss, they would have top 5 recruiting classes. You know it, I know it.

Small favor to ask of the board. I have a visor at home that I’m gonna start wearing on a daily basis. If you guys could just occasionally, maybe four or five times a week, say that I’m an offensive guru either here or in random conversations, that would really help. Turns out I may be in line for a big coaching job at UF and it seems that’s all that’s required to be considered the next Steve Spurrier.

Hey thanks a million.
That tracks…

You’ve got my full support.

If he did, he'd get top 5 classes.

I'm making a point about great coaches and how recruits flock to them. I'm done trying to make this point, as the IQ of my board hovers around 62.
If frogs had wings they wouldn't bump their butts every time they tried to fly. The point still stands that Urbs would never go to Ole Miss and when you get to the 'why' part of that then you will see your point is irrelevant.

Furthermore, to get to chess and stop playing checkers with the what ifs...who out there right now that is available do you think could go to Ole Miss and have a top 5 class?

Always thought the letter streets were so bizarre. I worked at an office building at the base of the bridge. Nightly drives down BH for a few months was fun.
BH also stands for Bound to be Hijacked. Blue Heron blvd. was called carjack alley for a long time. I was in the Big Brothers program and I used to have to go pick up my "little" there. His father was in prison for strong arm robbery. My wife got pregnant with our first child, then my "little's" father got out of prison. She suggested that it might be a good idea to drop out of the program, which was probably the best advice I've ever gotten.

I imagine you only begrudgingly even go over the bridge to interact with the West Palmer’s if it’s absolutely necessary.

I can take about 8 seconds of watching hillbillies whistling through the gaps in their teeth when they talk. There's no way I have the patience required to watch that show.

Il Mulino in Orlando/Disney. Used to be much better actually. The flagship in NY is incredible.
