This concept is definitely true of making jello (flying up to altitude to chill) but ice cream has to be mixed while freezing to incorporate air or it will just be ice. Maybe if he put the can somewhere where it would be constantly vibrating and shaking that might work.

Not buying this one without more information.

Took several experiments to get it right and they did have to add a mixer.

Sounds legit.

The use of the word "arsenal" is fairly minor in my mind when compared to the word "knew." As in "I knew these vaccines were not going to protect against infection," when 19 months earlier she was telling the country the vaccine was "highly effective."
