Has the ncaa clarified the rules on the 85 limit regarding the extra year of eligibility they announced a while back?

Oh, and of the 3, I think Milton would be insane to pick f$u.

All seniors are allowed to return and don't count against the 85 for 2021 season. That's the only thing they've clarified. It seems after 21, teams will have to manage who stays and who goes - i.e. if a junior this year wants to play two more years then they may not be able to sign 25 in the '22 class because they'll be over the 85 limit.
