It was Treon's car that had the marijuana smell and he was accused of rape. I think we should kick him off as well.

Not sure if sarcasm or not.

However, in taking things at face value....I see two different situations. JC has been in the middle of a shooting (felony) and armed robbery (felony). I'll call it even on both JC and Treon for the weed incident (misdemeanor) but Treon gets a little more of a black mark (driving without license? Not his car? more misdemeanors). Last supposed mark against TH is the rape accusation (felony), but for the fact that it is very much a he-said-she-said, as opposed to a confirmed and obvious felony situation (like JC's first two situations), I have a hard time really holding that against him - still put himself in a stupid situation, but I cannot say he was in a felony situation with confidence as I can with JC. By my book, the two aren't in the same class of stupid decisions.

I think all that lawyer talk ended up being BS as the report at the Clerk's website says Jackson did enter the house with those 2 unknown robbers and left right afterwards according to the victims and it looked like the charge hadn't been dropped as of a week or so ago either. If they ever find those 2 he may end up doing some real time.

Seems we'll need to arm our OL on the field with guns to be able to open some holes.?

Fever always believes what the defendant is saying. He never believes the cops.

What made it bad Law unless it was the news that reported it wrong instead of that lawyer (I think the lawyer said it also) was he claimed his client did not enter the apartment with the 2 other people according to the complaint and had already left before they went in there but now that the complaint is posted publicly it says the victims did say they came there together but Jackson left just prior to the robbery. That is a huge difference from what the report said and most defense lawyers don't even distort things contained in the complaints that bad. Most would just say something like he didn't know they were going to do something like that after he left but not make up lies about what the victims claimed in the report.

Maybe that crafty defense attorney can get a change of venue to Tallahassee, where it will be re-classed a
consensual robbery.
