Colorado and Utah four straight years, right? Pretty creative scheduling. Does Miami fall in that window at some point? Hope not... That would make for a pretty rugged OOC - PAC12 team, Miami, and FSU...Now THAT is the type of out of the box non-conference scheduling I love.
Colorado isn't until 28-29. Miami is 24-25. USF is 21, 22, and 25. Texas is 30-31.Colorado and Utah four straight years, right? Pretty creative scheduling. Does Miami fall in that window at some point? Hope not... That would make for a pretty rugged OOC - PAC12 team, Miami, and FSU...

That makes me wonder if scheduling a home and home with another P5 opponent saves us money in the long run because we aren't paying some directional or FCS school 7 figures to come get their asses kicked. It'll keep more butts in the seats, too, as opposed to having 1/4 of the seats empty for the sacrificial lamb games. If that's the case, there might not be a need to move the Cocktail Party.A lot to be excited about in the coming decade. 26/27 are the only off years but hopefully we fill with a cool game. Also, wonder if this signals Stricklin’s opinion on the end of the WLOCP? You’d have to think he’d want to recover the missing home game revenue with all these home and homes scheduled.
Get your request in early. I missed all the good Colorado ones because you have to submit in February and I didn’t even know I was coming here for sure until March.I will seriously try to go see this one!
Maybe I can work in a mule deer hunt, too!
Not a bad point. Could definitely see the logic but would want to see numbers to validate. I don’t want to lose the WLOCP for 2 reasons: 1) I like it - its fun and 2) I don’t want to give in to the whiny dawgs. That makes me wonder if scheduling a home and home with another P5 opponent saves us money in the long run because we aren't paying some directional or FCS school 7 figures to come get their asses kicked. I wonder if ucf is getting a better perspective about where they’re NOT in the big picture?
You expect FSU to be fixed by then? You, sir, are an optimist.Colorado and Utah four straight years, right? Pretty creative scheduling. Does Miami fall in that window at some point? Hope not... That would make for a pretty rugged OOC - PAC12 team, Miami, and FSU...
