What did you expect from a pumper?

That one vote for SC better be by our resident Cock fan.

all new starting QB in the east? I like our chances if we stay healthy. Though our schedule is much tougher than the rest of the east so that obviously is the biggest hurdle.

I don't mean to skew the poll results, but anyone not voting for Florida gets permanently banned.

I truly think we've got a great shot and I honestly think we SHOULD win it with everyone else breaking in a new QB. If I had to pick someone other than us I'd pick South Carolina.

Don't ban me!!! Please!!! :worried:

I voted for the gamecocks. I just think their schedule is a little easier than ours and that will be the difference.

I'm all in with my Gators.

Don't understand why SC gets so much respect, it's certainly not their talent.

Guys, keep in mind we almost beat South Carolina last year - should have beaten them, in fact. That says a lot.

USC lost their offensive and defensive leaders, UGA lost a ton on both sides of the ball (except their stud RBs), Missouri lost their offensive and defensive leaders, as well as several WRs (including Green-Beckham), UT is UT, Vandy lost their coach, UK is UK. Any questions?

USC has the best chance outside of UF to win it this year.

and they come to the Swamp...hopefully fans are still showing up by that point. We know the students will be there from mid 1st quarter til mid 3rd quarter.

They also lost to UT.

I just think they return a solid group and their QB has at least seen a lot of action. Again, I honestly think it's ours to lose but if I had to pick someone else in the East it'd be them. I don't think Georgia will be anywhere near their preseason hype.

Question...How is the East or West decided ? Is it record against the teams in your division 1st then overall SEC record with the tie breaker being head to head. I can't remember.

Based on what we know, South Carolina is the pick. 11-2 for what, three years in a row? Spurrier gets more out his team of talent (or lack thereof) than anyone else in the league. Until we prove it on the field, I wouldn't bet on us with your money.

Overall record in the SEC. Should be record against teams in your division.

You're right. It should be. It's complete BS that it's not. That's how Georgia always vies for the East. They never play Bama or LSU. We always play them.

I think its cool now that black coaches like Tomlin can become retreads like the old days. Used to be they would hire an old coach over and over before a Tomlin got a chance..............Does Cignetti get some attention by the NFL. Anyone watching the Oklahoma game tonight

Tomlin may just take one year off before coaching again
  • gatordad3 gatordad3:
Would this require negotiations since Tomlin had another year on his contract?
