Im concerned that he's planning on pulling the plug on the whole thing. Im gonna miss you guys. Not you corch.
I’m sure he’s like most of us. Doesn’t want to give up hope and have to start over again, but can see the writing on the wall. It’s no fun around here (or any other board) when you’re bitching and moaning for a season and a half about needing to fire your coach. How many times have we endured that now?

He is a less enthusiastic version of Muschamp.

Good recruiter, schitty head coach.

I have no idea if hiring an OC would do any good, Billy strikes me as the type who would still try to meddle in the play calling and game planning.
An oc isn't gonna change the run pass ratio or the tempo we play at

Something that occurred to me yesterday...if we keep losing and looking incompetent while doing so, how long before the few competent coaches we have decide to man the lifeboats? Thinking mainly about Raymond here.

But you know what it would do? If he made a move immediately, it would at least indicate that he actually cares and is trying to make this work. We all knew we were getting a young coach with no experience at this level. So some missteps along the way were to be expected. But now, after 18 games, the verdict is in and everyone sees it. Even if it didn’t solve all our problems, and the situation remained far from perfect, it would show his ability to evolve and adapt which would be welcomed. Adversity reveals character, and right now the character that’s shining through isn’t good. He can change that.

Well, if Napier were required to bring in an OC who only came if he runs his own offense, okay. If it worked, I would be happy with a pass game coordinator that could effectively integrate a pass scheme and Napier moved his basic ass out of the way. Hard to imagine an OC/PGC coming in without agreeing that our offense is too slow. A progressive OC type would surely be able to agree during the hiring process that our tempo is insufficient and our plays being used are just not effective enough. I don't know though, maybe we are just stuck with this poop show. We might have to overpay to recruit now.

Supposedly this is Napier's offense but he's not really involved on the sidelines, doesn't appear to be dialing up plays. Does he have someone in the booth calling HIS plays who only has Napier's approved plays from which to call? The short yardage plays are poor. The guy must have some blind spots.

But don't you get the feeling he either doesn't know what the deficiencies are in practice, or suspects it from the results, doesn't know how to turn it around?

Immediately Available, a name mentioned on this site often LOL

Here is another example that you CAN make changes DURING the season. Sure the teams in these stories do not draw flies, but it at least gives an appearance of caring.

But Darry said colts weren’t impressed with Anthony .What a damn dumbass that guy is
Have no idea the circumstances but 11/25 in today's football is beyond pathetic. But 10 rushes is interesting for a guy who would not run at all unless forced to in college. Guess he was saving it for the pros. Good riddance,

This one felt like it should’ve worked which makes it tougher to me than the others.
I have to disagree with this. This one felt like 2 of the previous 3. Connections to Saban, lots of BS about some mythical "process," buzzword bingo. A cursory viewing of what he ran at Louisiana would have immediately informed that he was run run run punt Muschamp clone in his offensive philosophy.
