She was guilty in a multitude of federal law and regulational violations. It was stated so by the FBI and by Comey during his infamous presser. He specifically cited all the laws and regs that she broke, but then he stated he "decided" to not recommend charges, not that it would have mattered because Obama's AG was not going to prosecute his SoS.

Now to Grier, other than popping positive for an unknown ncaa banned substance, there's no proof or even any evidence of anything. Further, there are plently of completely legal, GNC store bought things that are banned by the ncaa so we dont even know if he broke any actual laws. For the love of God just stop, you look like a fool in this thread.
