If that is true and they do a full investigation I have heard it takes months usually. If they wouldn't reinstate him while its being conducted then he is still lost for the season.

So later, for what she has recanted, she will have to come up with different incriminating statements of "truth".
Later, just in case he signs with the NFL. How can she recant now but hold possible prosecution over his head
