This is the perfect time to add another offensive line coach

Mark Wheeler on ITG said it perfectly. Napier simply cannot sustain any momentum. At least not positive momentum. As bad as yesterday was, it ended with two massive anchors for the class signing and giving us a high note to finish on. Twelve hours later, we’re right back in disaster-ville and the laughingstock of college football.

The insiders from ON3 are giving Billy hell. They've always been very pro Sling blade but they are pissed at how this went down. Graham nor Chiles had any idea Bateman was leaving. How the hell would one think it's ok to not give Ernest fuching Graham a courtesy call and let him know his son's position coach is taking another job less than 24 hours after he signed his NLI. Either Napier pulled a Napier and completely fuched it up or Bateman was offered the job this morning and took it. No way Napier didn't know this was coming unless it all went down this morning.

That said as bad as our defense has been the past 2 years good riddance to any coach on that side of the ball that decides to leave. Elko has got to be on drugs if he wanted anyone from this staff to be his DC.

Is it possible our assistant was keeping it to himself until the last minute?

Either way, I fully support getting these guys signed any possible way. If you need to withhold info to do it, withhold your brains out. These recruits want to play all kinds of stupid games, make a commitment and then back out at the last minute, it's a two-way street. They lie and jerk the coaches around every which way. Always good to see the coaches get these primadonnas back.

Graham wanted to be a Gator, right? So how the eff does it matter who his position coach is? If nothing else, Ernie should STFU in this situation and let his son speak for himself.

Im kinda inclined to have rather kept Bateman and got rid of the rest of them. Thought the LBs looked better this season (before injuries) and he kinda did some good crootin. Hayes...meh...not a big loss at all.

The signed letter basically means nothing these days. Easy to switch if a coach withheld info. Hopefully just bad timing.

You seem unhinged. Never thought I’d see you this way.
