Goodell is just horrible. He suspends a player for a year for having weed in his system, but then lets Thug Rice play after a 2 game suspension? Ravens let the Thug stay on the team after the last video, but now want to kick him off after this video? Why the change of heart? Wasn't she knocked out cold on the first video? Why haven't the Baltimore police arrested him and charged him with aggravated assault? This is just bad.

Goodell is getting a lot of hate on the Josh Gordon thing, but the players are well aware of the rules on substance abuse. It's written out in the CBA, and they sign a contract abiding by those rules. If he didn't want to get suspended for a whole season, maybe he shouldn't have gotten caught with pot in his system MULTIPLE times.

NFL is lying their asses off about not seeing the elevator video prior to handing out the 2 game suspension. Reporters were giving exact details of what happened in the elevator video when the suspension was handed out, and NFL reps were telling reporters they saw the video!

The suspension of 2 games was a joke, but you can compare it to a multiple time offender with a penality dictated by a CBA. One is a penality dictated by the Commissioner the other by a legal binding agreement between owners and players.

It's embarrassing. Winning and the bottom line trumps the law. I'm a sports fanatic as much as anyone else, but these athletes need to start being held accountable, just like you or me.
