NEW UPDATE:

Jimmy Sexton (Bob Stoops agent) and almost every college coach's agent has not been called. Period. So it looks like it is not a college guy at all.

Foley has actually talked to both Kelly and Harbaugh.

Bob Stoops is actually saying that Foley HAS his man. Which leads me to believe that it is a pro guy.

Just got contacted with new developments. Not surprisingly, it conflicts with the other sources. I want to check a couple of things before I post it.

Sometimes I wonder if the actual people involved in the process aren't deliberately putting out false information. Like what JJ Abrams keeps doing with the new Star Wars movie.

This is nuts. Those guys are not coming to UF period. Not even close. Harbaugh is probably going to the Bears and Kelly is not leaving the Eagles. Foley will settle like he did with Muschamp and probably go with someone like the Colorado State coach. Money is not an issue but I doubt we will go $20 million in the hole.

I hope this guy is wrong but people said he had most of the story right on the Harris situation before the info was released.

I think he is claiming Foley wont hire a big time college coach with a real big buyout that will also command 5 million plus a season and says they are going to reach out to ones like Gruden and Harbaugh but know they aren't going to want the job almost guaranteed.
