I hate y’all ;)
trip to wallyworld today
I'm fixing to head for Kentucky... What time is dinner tomorrow?Foodi ninja pressure cooker pot roast w/red wine started at 5:30. Red, purple and Yukon potatoes pulled from the garden. Also no-knead artisan bread done in the cast iron Dutch oven.
Damn, Blackstone owes me a commission on this now. (Nalt, JDH, BNA,NV and G8trWood) have bought one now)
Looking forward to hearing what you make. Hibatchi style dinners are one of our favorites. Get yourself SEVERAL good spatulas!
Had a buddy build a new outdoor kitchen, sold me this beauty for $100! Best $100 I’ve ever spent. He also added a FryDaddy double basket fryer for another $100, my arteries luv it.
I need a friend like that

Good tip; I'll give that a tryIf you do the hibatchi rice it’s best to use cold rice. Cook it hours or even a day earlier than needed and then refrigerate it.

Looks awesome. Blackstone sells a little kit of 2 spatulas and a couple squirt bottles that have come in handy and are of decent quality, at least for my uses, in my opinion.Yes, haven’t tested that part yet . Took the wife with me, and she said get that one I want an air fryer :) If nothing else the warming drawer is handy
I’m just a dumb hick, no skills other than what I see on YouTube & TV. MF’s in here put out some top chef level platesI’m just not a big hibachi, fry rice guy. But I might have to change that. Looks good @DarksideGator And @CDGator , I was more impressed with @heavychevy and his skill with the Blackstone but you did convince me to get it be.
Old traditional tonight...
Even though the flattop is at the lake, I still smashed the burgers in an old seasoned pan. They turned out pretty well. Toasted buns are a big key. Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard. For some reason as I’ve gotten older, I don’t want ketchup on a burger. I like the flavor profile without it.
