Damn, Blackstone owes me a commission on this now. (Nalt, JDH, BNA,NV and G8trWood) have bought one now) :lol2:

Looking forward to hearing what you make. Hibatchi style dinners are one of our favorites. Get yourself SEVERAL good spatulas!

Had a buddy build a new outdoor kitchen, sold me this beauty for $100! Best $100 I’ve ever spent. He also added a FryDaddy double basket fryer for another $100, my arteries luv it.

I’m just not a big hibachi, fry rice guy. But I might have to change that. Looks good @DarksideGator And @CDGator , I was more impressed with @heavychevy and his skill with the Blackstone but you did convince me to get it be.

If you do the hibatchi rice it’s best to use cold rice. Cook it hours or even a day earlier than needed and then refrigerate it.

What he said.

Cook it the morning of if not the evening before, put it on a cookie pan spread out and into the fridge.

Yes, haven’t tested that part yet . Took the wife with me, and she said get that one I want an air fryer :) If nothing else the warming drawer is handy
Looks awesome. Blackstone sells a little kit of 2 spatulas and a couple squirt bottles that have come in handy and are of decent quality, at least for my uses, in my opinion.

Can’t wait to see what you make on it. Save that bacon grease!

Cooked noodles are good too for a lo mein meal. Don’t forget to scramble the eggs into the rice. You can use a disposable aluminum pan as a lid to steam the vegetables if you don’t have one.

If you like a spelled out recipe then this isn’t for you but I like to use some of these sauces. Trial and error has made some amazing meals!

That looks good!

My wife has be doing the stir with cauliflower rice these days. It is actually pretty good. Besides after some jerk seasoning or sriracha sauce.... it all tastes the same.

We do a lot of blackened shrimp and fish, this thing is going to be great for that. As for bacon grease, doesn’t everyone have a container of essence de pork ;)

Cold rice for stir fried rice, what will they think of next. The scrambled egg and the cold rice helps control the starchiness. Sticky rice is an oriental favorite.

Old traditional tonight...

Even though the flattop is at the lake, I still smashed the burgers in an old seasoned pan. They turned out pretty well. Toasted buns are a big key. Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and mustard. For some reason as I’ve gotten older, I don’t want ketchup on a burger. I like the flavor profile without it.

Yum! How do you season the burger?
