9,000 sq ft?
That’s a 9000 sqft, 100% custom, solid block, absolutely stunning house.
Pfft...barely livable

Well for one, every lot is Ag3 zoned. There is a bridal trail that run along the back lot line of every house. The bridal trail leads directly to the Cross Florida Greenway, which has hundreds of miles of dedicated, groomed horse trails. It’s actually the only neighborhood that connects directly to it.
Those Gypsy houses are custom built too! ;)

What about grooms? Is there a restiction against it?Very nice!
Sounds very similar to our neighborhood except we don’t have brides running around on our trails.

I asked because it would be indicative of another issue, which coincidentally would be both bad news, short term and good news, long term, for the neighborhood.Same cars. A classic Mercedes, new Porche, and some other car. Always parked directly under those trees where the branches are roughly 5 ft off the ground. It’s such a shame.
You cant expect to wield extreme executive power just cause some watery tart threw a sword at you.
You fuching hack. You cannot foreclose on someone’s homestead in the state of Florida unless you’re a mortgage holder on the property. Go ask a lawyer.Wrong. I do this 15 times a day....LIEN.....learn the term. I hope you're not in the RE/Lending business....
You’re trying to get someone to snitch to law enforcement about a neighbor. Some kind of worthless POS you areAm I the only one who likes watching the alchy and Crete go after each other?
Wrong....an HOA can and in fact and have filed foreclosures on homes in Florida.....lien....learn the term and don't offer anyone advice.....Deed restrictions and liens placed to enforce them are enforceable in Florida regardless if property is homestead or not.You can’t foreclose on someone’s homestead in the state of Florida, unless you actually have a mortgage on the property.
You are out of your depth here, just drop it.
