Watching Cadillac on the sidelines during the game illustrates his role which is closer to cheerleader than head coach.

It’s a great story and there’s certainly somewhat of a reason to consider it but it’s a bad idea. I compare it to the interim coach that wins a few games and gets the job only to be fired two years later and most of them had much better resumes.

I just said spice things up, not that he would get the job. And it certainly will. The thing is I think Kiffin actually wants to coach and be successful. He doesn't strike me as a guy just trying to trick a team into a payday only to kickback and wait to be bought out. I mean he made some pretty big money at usc already and did a lot at the low levels after to get back to the bigs. That doesn't scream just give me money so I can chill.
