That's nice to know.I have a few freinds in LE that worked these sort of criminal cases in the past, all of have since moved on to completely different areas of LE or gotten out of LE altogether b/c of the toll these types of crimes place on everyone, even the investigators.
With that being said, arrests and charges in these matters dont happen lightly, primarily b/c most individuals are end item "users" or last link supply chain providers meaning they are the ones receiving for "use" or the last person to share. LE is primarily interested in the upper levels of the pyramid and use low level individuals to help them follow the chain upwards. What I'm ultimately getting at is that there is usually a mountain of digital evidence on anyone arrested and charged before it ever happens. They have him most likely dead to rights.
This issue is bad in NO. I know someone who is in ministry that is involved in stopping child trafficking and exploitation.
This stuff is pure evil.
