I’ll cut to the chase for you; it is illegal.TBH honest this is the first I’ve heard of it being unconstitutional….to me that’s no different than making crypto legal tender…if it’s unconstitutional then all the red states will be in violation of it but I’m sure there is more going on than we know right now

Or it’s because the red states haven’t taken any actual steps to making it happen yet. I for one would have to side with the Dems and MSMs on this one. We do not need or want states coining their own currency.I am not disputing that....my argument is why aren't MSM and the Dems shouting it from the rooftops?
