OK... for real:
What have your learned as a HBC from your time at Florida?
"Well, just like anything in life, things slow down. Being a father, you get the hang of it by the time your kids are 5. As a player, the game slows down. The game has slowed down for me. I can anticipate things now, just like Saban does."

Just like Saban does?. Smooth. His estimation of his own abilities hasn't changed.

"My track record on offense speaks for itself. I want fast guys that can spread the ball around"

Yes. Yes it does speak for itself. :lol2:

Regarding his demeanor (38:20 minute mark). "I'm a passionate guy, I have a competitive edge, with a lot of energy. I know the players take on the same persona of the HC and I want them to play with that same type of edge."

He hasnt learned a damn thing.
They will. USCe projected to lead the conference in PI penalty yards. Good job coach.

"I think Muschamp is a great hire. He was not my first choice, but a great hire. Things are different here than they were at Florida. They are an over-privileged fan base...spoiled by past success. We are more warm and welcoming and hungry for sustained success"
It will be fun to check back with them in a year.

Even some of them are laughing at them. It really is like everyone else turned them down

This feels just like our Zook hire...failed coach but Foley desperate to get a warm body in for recruiting season. The biggest difference is that Zooker was a failed assistant in different roles and Muschimp has already proven a failure as a HC.

So true. And the Zook failure was one reason I was adamantly opposed to Muschamp; that and the fact that he is a Dawg. There is another big difference between the two guys as I see it. Zook is basically a good guy who was simply in over his head. There is nothing good about Muschamp. He is a ego-maniacal doofus who fails to see his shortcomings and blames everyone else for his failures. A real slime ball, and a Dawg.

This sums up most everything I think about this guy in a nutshell. He's nothing but a used car salesmen, tell you everything he thinks you want to hear to sucker you in. Has no capability to backup his statements but its not about backing them up, its just about convincing you of them. That's why every post game presser was riddled with, "that ones on me, but we'll get it fixed" comments, then nothing changed.
Ironically, he actually spoke the truth when he said that.

Honestly, I was just happy to hear some enthusiasm after the 2009 and 2010 seasons. 2009 felt like a grind the entire year and 2010 was like taking a fistful of Xanax and a bottle of whiskey.
I was wrong to be excited by his endless rant.
Don't be hard on yourself. That's how he gets hired, too. It's the selling ice to Eskimos part of him which he is so proud of because it has served him so well.

More comedic gold from CockyTalk:

"The real question is can he build off his first four years at UF and start winning his 5th, 6th and 7th year as a HC. Both men did a very good job those years. The programs needed built up and cleaned up. They did that.

I expect CWM to get us where we want to be very soon. I can't predict w's and l's, but I expect us to compete for the east within a year or two. I honestly believe if we find a QB next year, we can a lot of success."

"Great post. I really feel like Florida would be in even better shape if they would have kept Muschamp. I feel like we might have won the lottery with this hire."

"It seems more people may be starting to believe what I do: that UF fired Muschamp prematurely and they would have had, at least, the same success this year if he and his staff had been retained. Honestly, it's possible they could have been even better since the offensive players would have been in Roper's system for a year."

"I wouldn't put winning the east out the picture."

:lol2:
They've been drinking what the Delusionoles drink. Oh, if only we had kept Muschamp, we 'd be so much better off! :lol2:
Prematurely?

I was ready for him to be gone 2 years before he was?

He really needs some help. You'd think, given how much his stupidity has cost him in the past, that he'd think before speaking. I'm the kind of guy who sells ice to eskimos? After saying that you have to convince some recruit's mama you are sincere? Good luck, moron.

What a dumb fvkk.

Maybe those huge stacks of money block the view of his stupidity.
