Problem is is that UF is not the cool team in state...fsu is and always has been. SOS and Urban made us cool enough to land some talent and some elite out of state talent. We did it worn electric playmakers and great qb play. We were known for our offense and the muschamp hire killed that...took us back to the stone age and what playmaker wanted to play that?

I think I read somewhere he was deceptively fast and had big strong hands. Very good at catching in traffic. I think that was his assessment at the Under Armour All-American game.

I'm not a pumper nor a chicken little, just an alum that sees things through Orange and Blue glasses. That said, I find it hard to believe that Chump licked every bit of red off our lollipop to the point that game-changing players no longer want to come here. I think come signing day we'll be fine but holy Cheese and Rice, how could you not want to come to UF if you're a LB? You're guaranteed playing time! WR's too, but, yeah, I've no idea who'll throw you the damn ball.

Don't know why a young FB player would want to live in Oxford, but for wealthy older folks it is considered extremely chic. The very rich buy houses and condos just so they can visit there whenever.

If you're going to live in MS, why not the Gulf Coast. It's fantastic. You just have to avoid the hurricanes.

Our class has currently moved up to #5 on Rivals. The points may increase as late additions will be primarily highly rated NSD guys. I've read where some people have said this is due to the size of the class, not the quality. This isn't entirely true. Only the top 20 recruits count towards the points which takes class size out of the picture to a large extent. 8 of the top 10 classes already have 20 or more commitments . So most of the teams have full classes, just hoping to add a few studs like us.

For what it's worth, Chimp's last three classes ranked #12, #3 and #4. The problem was he didn't have numbers, left serious holes at key positions, and didn't develop anyone on one side of the ball.

The bottom line is, this is going to be very good haul. Linebacker remains the only need not addressed.
