I think Copeland commits tonight as well.
Copeland is already commited he's just gonna put together an announcement video since he's passing on picking a hat at the under armour game it'll take a few days won't be tonight but he's a gator.

Quantity of top talent has been lacking up to this point, and I'm not thrilled with his reaches, particularly in the secondary. But I will give Mac this, our players are buying in as well or better than I can ever recall, regardless of the coach.

We all realize this is huge, but he still has all fall to change his mind. Hopefully we show some progress on offense this fall so he doesn't get cold feet. Also, him being so far from home does kind of concern me. Hopefully he doesn't have any real character issues cause y'all know we won't sweep anything under the rug like in Tallahassee. I agree with many posters on here that he does fit Mac's offense better than Fields, although I doubt Fields would've been a disappointment in this offense either, he is the superior pocket passer. I think as long as he stays committed that our class will blow up. Maybe Fields worked out last night to show us what we're gonna be up against for the next three years. Will Corral still take other visits? Will he sign in December? This has definitely been a great recruiting weekend and Mac and company have a ton of momentum now and it will continue as long as they don't tank this season. But enough with the negative stuff, WE FINALLY LANDED A STUD QB!! GO GATORS!!!

Agree. Dude was here for one season and is ten times the Gator that many of our stars have been or are. Kind of lends to my post above.
I'd take Appleby over LDR 7 days a week and twice on Sunday. He seems like a solid young man, while LDR is...

You know I don't like Kali ballers, but QBs are the one position they do produce consistently.
You answered my question before I was able to ask. I wondered your thoughts on this commitment in light of your past views on California players.

He is a solid dude. People at Purdue called him Little Tebow for his faith and lockerroom presence when he arrived. Of course, he didn't quite do all he wanted on the field, but he finished strong and is a great kid.
