I don't think he will either but everyone i know and the guys i follow on Twitter (who know what's going on) are saying he'll be back. At this point we'll all just have to wait and see unfortunately.

I'm working on those now...it all depends if either Houston or Miller have juvenile records. If they do they'll have a hard time getting those charges reduced/dropped.

On Felony 3's I doubt it but many of them will probably get misdemeanor plea offers once the lawyers are on the case for a while. I think they stay suspended until the charges are reduced to misdemeanors however. Smith, Telfort and Callaway are probably booted off the team pretty quickly I would think.

Anyone know the amount of these transactions? For example, how much did Callaway make each time he pulled the scam and how much in total? Given the 30 counts for Telfort, I'm assuming each time the scam was pulled constitutes a separate count for theft.
