I don't think the kid made the wrong decision, but correct on that. I remember when a Philadephia running back in 2007 broke thru the dallas defense holding a slim lead and stop and knelt at like the 3 yard line. Game was over, two kneels downs later. Everyone praised the RB for the heads up decision.

Are you shytting me??? You BUST FOR THE END ZONE. You SCORE.
Mac makes HOW MUCH MONEY???
This is almost as bad as hearing the horsehyte rationalizations for sitting on your azz during the National Anthem (well, not that bad, but...)

Already addressed.

Where was the ball? High and tight!

Where were the would be tacklers? No where close.

If he was squirming, twisting, side stepping, struggling Mac would have a point. That was not the situation. If it was, I'd agree. Now, coaching not to lose vs to win.

I've seen a kid (QB) knock the ball out of his own hand while sliding down, untouched. his own knee knocked it out.

if the kid is loose with the ball, he is loose with the ball. you'd think if they were receiving adequate coaching it would have been addressed and the coach knew who was safer.

There is no zero percent chance of losing. This is a silly narrative. Have you SEEN our QB play and center exchanges. They dont become ZERO percent just because it is a victory formation. That is toolbaggery.

The percentage of failed snaps doesnt change just because it is a Victory Formation as someone seems to think.

Actually it does... the failed snaps were in shotgun, victory is under center with two RBs next to you and a defense that usually isn’t giving 100%.

Theres really no fixing you if you think snaps become infallible because you call it a "victory formation."

Fairly sure you are just trolling at this point and feigning stupidity.

Donkey, do you really think that a play, the sole purpose of which is to safely collect the snap and take a knee, has the same fumbled snap percentage as a normal play from scrimmage where the team is trying to advance the ball?

Snaps in the vandy game were surely not infallible. McCoy didn't have the best game.

I never said snaps become infallible, but the risk is very low if the QB is behind center vs. the shotgun.

Also... if you saw my post originally even though I said technically the right thing to do is to go down... I think you score the TD because if you can't hold a 2 score lead you deserve to lose.

Mac chewed out his RB coach because Davis broke the game open with a great scoring run. Does anybody here have any faith left in Mac's decision-making ability? I cringe every time that guy has a simple, common-sense move to make, like calling critically-needed timeouts in the waning seconds, because that sucker just ain't gonna get it done.

Freud said this about child development.................
Given the predictable timeline of childhood behavior, he proposed "libido development" as a model of normal childhood sexual development, wherein thechild progresses through five psychosexual stages – the oral; the anal; the phallic; the latent; and the genital – in which the source pleasure is in a different ...

It is easy to see where some are still stuck at in this metric..................just saying...............

I think you might have your teams mixed up. The screeching, whining and protesting folks are the one's attacking the coaches for having the balls to make the right call on 4th down and securing the win. The other guys created a controversy out of thin air. Fake news.

Chewed him out? Really? I've been chewed out. And I've chewed out. That wasn't what it looked like. I hope that ballboy didn't quit after that or I'll lose all faith in humanity.
