Mora sounds like an actual coach. He's pissed off that his team did something so stupid and gave away a game. And he's also hilarious.

Mullen sounded like a complete doofus, refused to acknowledge that it was a bad loss or that he had any responsibility for it and, showed no fire or anger about what had just happened.

I guess some of you wish he'd said "we'll think about the playoffs after bama breaks their elephant dick off in us"? What the fuch was he supposed to say? What do you think the players would rather hear from their coach right before the biggest game of their life, "we'll think about the playoffs after we play bama" or "we'll think about the playoffs after we beat the god damned asses''? Some of you need to go change your tampons.
This is not only your worst post ever, I think it’s the worst post in the history of Gatorchatter. I disagree with every word.

Mullen is right. Psychotic, but absolutely right. We gotta take these bastards. Now we could do it with conventional weapons, but that could take years and cost millions of lives. No, I think we have to go all out. I think that this situation absolutely requires a really futile and stupid gesture be done on somebody's part. AND WE’RE JUST THE GUYS TO DO IT...

I think in the midst of our anger from losing last week we’re being way too cynical here. Outwardly all of the players are saying the right thing, but imagine your chances to go to the playoffs were ruined by some boneheaded play. I’m sure there’s been some tough conversations bordering on dissension. Mullen is around that and he can sense it. I believe this was for the players. Trying to get them to refocus. I think only falling 1 spot in the polls has sort of given the team faint hope again.
He knows the players are hearing all of the noise and how they’ll get destroyed. Seems he’s trying to give his own players “bulletin board material.” That was an extremely emotional loss. But they have to move on. They have to believe they’re going to win, even though we all assume they’ll lose.

Let’s test a couple “confident” approaches on for size to see which one seems more appropriate.

“I think we can beat these guys.”

or

“I have a special orange and blue satin smoking jacket reserved for the Atlanta hotel for after we beat Bama.”

You’re reading so much into this that isn’t even there, I’m starting to get worried about you. Is everything ok, like mentally?

He’s basically the high school nerd that became successful doing some nerd **** after college. Little does he realize everyone still thinks he’s a nerd and the hot chick that married him for his money is out getting some bbc on the side.
No hot chic married Dullen.

That was embarrassing. Kinda reminded me of when lane kiffin was talking about how they were gonna sing rocky top all night long after they beat Florida. Nobody believed that was gonna happen just like even Dan doesn't believe we're gonna beat bama. Hell, he looked like he was gonna shcit himself after he said it.

I think that’s just how he looks all the time in these press conferences. He looks at the reporter with this intense, awkward, wide-eyed stare like it’s a female who’s taking her shirt off.

And then he often looks to the left and/or right when asked to give his opinion on something, as if he’s got someone sitting next to him that also need the explanation. It’s odd for sure.

The fact is, the guy has a history of this stuff - saying things to agitate our opponents. It's not what we do as Gators. Remember when reporters asked Mullen if we'd ever even up the series with Georgia given that we're behind in the series by eight losses, and Mullen responded with something like, "Yeah, eight years is a long time, though."

Wait...that wasn't Mullen. Belay m' last.

Yeah....it works a lot better when you can actually back it up though.

When you let every team score on you at will, struggle into the fourth quarter against most teams, and lose to three loss teams, it's just sounds stupid and desperate.

"Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak."

You're all wrong. Mullen read The Art Of War during quarantine. Give him time to implement its teachings.
