This is just crazy revisionist BS. The elite teams UF played during Spurrier's tenure varied from year to year, but he was by my quick count 18-18 against teams ranked in the AP top 10 at the time of the game. It was not like I cherry picked by picking top 10 as SOS was 5-0 against teams ranked 11 at the time of the game.
When you are winning 10 games a year year in and year out for over a decade you don't SNEAK up on anyone. Do you imagine UF was sneaking up on U-A-L in the SEC Championship game?
BTW for the last half decade the SEC has been the worst it has been in my life-time. The SEC has gone back to try to be General Neyland when the rest of the world has figured out the rules are more skewed towards the offense new.

Im happy dancing. DL (fullsized, not rushbackers) is even more important than Elam or MAR imo.
6'3" 270. He looks a lot more field ready than our other DL recruits.

We’re getting better prospects than we’ve gotten in a while but still aren’t pulling the talent Bama, uga, Clemson, Ohio State are pulling. Start pulling in 2-3 five stars and 4-5 high 4 stars, we’ll be in business as long as the classes remain balanced and deep. Just one man’s opinion.

If we finished off the class with MAR, Moore and Elam. That would probably be the best class we've signed since meyer's last class with easley and floyd. I know muschamp had some top classes but were nowhere near as balanced as this one could be.

People around here will still bitch and think that we deserve a top 3 class despite not winning **** for the last decade....this place is filled with a bunch of Uncle Rico’s/ Al Bundys living in the glory days!
Until one of our top 10 classes catches fire and makes it to the playoffs, nothing is going to change!

He's a composite 5 star on 247. I think he's perfect for the Percy position. I don't know if landing Mark-Antony Richards would mess with our chances with this kid or not. Jarrett is a legit player and I really hope we can land him.
