He has command of a superbly conditioned, neck deep stable of veteran thoroughbreds across the board, an unbounded playbook run by a seasoned QB against an in state rival not-ready for Prime Time with the entire nation's attention at hand.
We are in for an exponential leap in the Gator Standard.

The faster tempo articles are the “best shape of his life” posts for offenses - we get these all the time in football and basketball and it usually reverts back to the usual pace after about five seconds of regular season action.

It just seems everyone thinks this game will be a joke and a laughingly easy win. It could be I guess with their O line situation and end up like the Tenn game last season but I think its more likely we end up with a challenging game.

Miami's coaches already know 30 to 40 % of their team is going to give up football after we get finished stomping a mud hole in their asses Sat night. Their going to need the bodies.

It's always rainbows in the off-season. Every school puts out fluff about how the team will be better. We're literally living through it now. Every spring and summer for the last decade there has been an attempt to convince us that the team will be better. Some bought it. Some didn't. With Mullen, we actually have legitimate cause for optimism. It's scary that you think Diaz might be successful there when we just lived through Muschamp and Mac. That's not how this coaching thing works. I think you're just nervous of the brand. But we're not playing Miami of old. I'm sure a lot of fan bases felt that way about us. Even though we knew we were trash, they would see all the talent and think "This team may beat us if we don't play our best." But that was so far from reality. This Miami team is, at best, a middle of the road ACC team. We'll probably beat them pretty badly.
