The 2001 intro is stout, Sandstorm aged out.

It's funny that on their historic montage during 2001, Spurrier is nowhere to be found, but Holtz is.

Hilinski to start. Is this good or bad. A freshman with less starts than Trask and stepped foot on campus in Jan this year with a bumb knee. Backing him up is a freshman with no starts that stepped foot on campus in summer this year.

Does it really matter? Are we worried that without Greenard and Zuniga our pass rush is pretty much poopoo? Or does how we approach this different than how we approached Burrow which seemed to be rush 3-4 and flood the coverage? I would think we pin our ears back and go at the youngsters.

As long as Trask can throw a good wet ball rain can help passing teams too...our receivers know where they are going leaving the reaction and higher probability of a corner not keeping up greater...could be some big plays available.

I remember Rexy Grossman thriving in the rain at UT. After the game I think Heavyset Phil said Grossman just wont the Heisman tonight. Of course, Rex got Zooked on his Heisman.

More like 100% chance of precipitation. We need to get the running game going. Could be as sloppy as FL-GA 93, last game in old Gator Bowl, when Errictt Rhett carried the rock a zillion times thru the mud to defeat the puppies.

BREAKING NEWS: We will not "get the running game going."

Do the SC fans and players really get hyped for that song? As an old fart, I’d be annoyed if I had to listen to that crap before a game.

That is far and away the lamest pregame hype tradition by a mile. Hell, it could be lamest tradition in all of football.

It’s not quite as lame as FSU’s turnover backpack, but it’s close.
FSU's turnover backpack is the weakest, most embarrassing ___________ (don't know what to call it) of all time. It isn't a "tradition". Maybe a "cheap device"? It's hard to express in words how stupid that is.

Token black guy on the right seems to be the smartest of the whole bunch. Keeping his distance so as not to be completely tied to these toolbags. But also, no ridiculous paint involved and as soon as four-eyes misses the FG, he can drop the shoulder pads and pull down what looks to be an Ewok costume, which I'm sure landed him some girls that night.

It's just well played.

Did not know he was a CAWK fan.

The rain won’t be a downpour till at LEAST the second half. If not till after. There will be scattered showers possible throughout the game. I really don’t believe it will factor in as much as people think. For my sake and prayers I’m taking extra socks and shoes, but hope it’s not a complete washout. Will be my mamas first game with me and pops. So she’s excited. She’ll be there rain or shine in orange and blue.

Only someone who has never possessed the awesomeness of the turnover backpack would say something so disrepectful. You don't just turn your back on a kick-ass tradition like that. You keep it going along with your coach.
