So Sully drops Robertson down, not Kurland? Will see how it goes. Maybe facing a lefty in game one or maybe he thinks Cade is a better hitter. Either way, Langford at DH means he is still sore and probably will not be a base stealing threat if he gets on? But Prevesk in LF probably means it is a righty and he is rewarding him for his PH duties. Just hope he does not blow chunks defensively like Thomas does out there.

I'm going to go out on a limb and make a bold prediction that the Gator's pop ups and strike outs will not win this game

Cade Kurland what a tough kid! Having an awful day at the plate with 3K's and a weak ass nubber. Comes to the plate in the eighth with 2 down and the bases loaded and he strokes a double to clear the bases and give the Gators the lead. Hold it pen.

Great battle to come back again. We have not had the hitting the last few years to get us back in a game like that. Most important win of the season so far IMO

Great comeback win on road against a good team. Gotta hand it to the guys for hanging in there, but can't gloss over the stuff that put them in a bad spot. 3 walks and 3 hit batters is just too many but it was the timing that is irksome. Yes never a good time to walk or hit a guy but these were really bad. Yes Sproat was his usual random self and after being given the lead in Top 1st, he immediately hits the Ole Piss lead off hitter. In the 2nd inning with 2 outs, Sproat hits the 9 hole hitter. There is a reason that kid is hitting 9th, but thankfully it did not come back to haunt. The next time Sproat faced the 9 hole hitter, again with 2 outs, he walked him, the gates remained open and more runs came across. But Sproat battled and we were in the game when he departed. Abner was good, but did give up a bad run by walking a leadoff batter, lefty on lefty and the kid could not see the ball coming out of Abner's hand. Well of course he came around to give Ole Piss run #6. And lastly facing the meat of the order, Neely gives up 2 straight hits (better than BB's or HBP's) and after getting an out he hits the guy who is the tying run to load the bases. Great job of finishing after that, but the timing of the freebies we give seem to be worse than you see in an average game.

Hope they will take this Uncle Mo into game 2, unlike how they handled it last week against Bama. Again a really good comeback tho.

I like what I'm seeing of Matt Prevask. He must be mashing it in BP for Sully to give him his first two starts on the road against a quality team. Sweet swinger.

Very good comeback. Not sold on Neely as a closer he seems more like a quality mid-week starter and the guy you need as a fourth starter in the endo of year tournaments. I thought Abner was real good today.

Another offensive outing. Guess we didn't have too many pop ups or SO's to post 12 runs. Pitching did just enough in both games to earn the series. Sully hubbard has a full cupboard to throw for the sweep. Let's Go Gators.
