Baker Mayfield named starting QB for idiotic Bucs

Mayfield is a total clown and he sucks. You know what you're getting with him. At his best, hell win a few games but likely embarrass the org. At worst he'll be a disaster and take shots at everyone in pressers and on social media, then sit and demand a trade thru back channels. BUCS deserve everything that comes if they put him in.

Another point Eisen made is that there are still a good number of veterans from the last SB win who are going to have strong opinions on who they think gives them the best shot at another run and the coaching staff won't be keen on bucking that.

If Trask doesn't clearly separate himself, then Mayfield is the safe choice from that standpoint.

Bowles is awful, no question. But be careful what you wish for. You tend to either see GMs grab the same failed names again and again, or go the Dolphins route and hire the guy at Journeys in the mall because he won a Madden contest.
