Because its listed by who they are paying the highest salary for not position to position. You can glean what information you want from it the way it is but listing by $ is also a good thing to see where they spend their money and where we spend our money.

Keep in mind that when SS offered BN, he gave him the lump sum amount for BN to divvy up how he wanted to spend it and not here is what we will pay you. So when we hear what BN is getting paid take that into account.

...and anyway, why is Napier reaching out to top coordinators and assistants from other teams?? Seems strange. I was told that if you're a low-rent coach who gets a high-rent job, you're supposed to bring all your low-rent assistants with you? Isn't loyalty more important than success?? This new guy has a weird way of doing things.

If my math is correct, which I will caution you that it rarely is, that brings the combined totals to $6,045,000.00 UF vs. $7,937,000.00 Bama.

I do. I agree with your point. I think the prevailing opinion on this board is that UF hasn’t had nearly the commitment to football as the Gumps. So we can put that in our mountain of evidence. I don’t think anyone disagrees with it.

I had to go back and forth with my eyeballs a bit to line things up, so I agreed with the other poster and did perceive a wee tizzy. G. Gordon disagrees, so it could have been a misperception on my part. My bad.
