Stewart Mandel's prediction:

No. 5 LSU (-2.5) at No. 22 Florida, 3:30 p.m. ET, CBS
It’s two teams trending in the right direction, both with some great athletes on defense that get after the quarterback. But I’ve got more confidence in Tigers QB Joe Burrow going on the road and making opportune plays through the air than I do in Gators counterpart Feleipe Franks, despite the fact Franks statistically is having the slightly better season. LSU 24, Florida 20

Bruce Feldman's prediction:

No. 5 LSU at No. 22 Florida (+2.5), 3:30 p.m. ET, CBS
The banged-up Tigers O-line faces a tall task in Todd Grantham’s frenzied defense, which leads the nation in red-zone TD percentage (holding opponents to 25 percent efficiency). Plus, Dan Mullen really carved up the Tigers D last year. Florida 17, LSU 13

Hearing the lswho OL is banged up gives me some hope. If our D can duplicate what they did in the 2nd half of the msu game, we’ve got a chance.

Franks gets it done. Henderson or Gardner with a pick-6. Pierce is so dominant word spreads that he may declare after the Vu game.

I wasn't aware that the LSU o-line was significantly banged up. If some of their starters don't play, I bet Grantham takes advantage of that with a fierce d-line rush and multiple blitzes. I may have already posted on this thread, but now I think we win, in a low scoring affair, 20-13

The defense could carry us to a win but I doubt the offense does too much.

Given the fact that we’re honoring the 2008 team I say we don’t have a chance. But, since I was actually married the day of the 2008 game (which was the greatest ass pounding we’ve ever given LSU) I’m going to say 10 years later this one will be special as well.

Missed the 90's? or are we talking since the program's resurgence under Saban?

Confused. Who got the ass pounding on your wedding day?

LSUs oline is not that impressive, Ole Miss was getting pressure. I see Grantham applying lots of pressure early and often and getting into the head of Burrows.

UF - 31
LSU - 13

I got a drunk rating for this score prediction. Doesn't look so bad now.
