Unless you caught it yourself, 2# Sea Bass would get you for $70. Sounds like a “Daddy’s Fish Stew” I have.

Addition of scallops sounds great. Add mussels?clams?

Again, to die for. Thanks for the recipe.

Did catch the Sea Bass this week but I think any mild white fish would be ok.
No clams but thought about substituting a can of clams for the clams juice but didn’t, no mussels.
This recipe is one of Oprah’s favorites that came off her web site. She has a home made Pot Pie that is dang good and worth trying.
Again, to die for. Thanks for the recipe.

Shrimp scampi, Caesar salad & lobster bisque. No cracked teeth.

Ouch that hurts but it does look amazing!
Did you make the bisque? I have a recipe that we love but haven’t made it in years because it takes all day.

I liked Soflagator's elk plate so much I decided to put my twist on it with venison. Roasted then seared tenderloin with red cabbage, roasted vegetables and elderberry sauce

Bro, that’s actually incredible. And hilarious at the same time. Seriously impressive.

Not so funny story
I was in the produce section at Publix battling one of those flimsy bags trying to get it open when this little cute woman steps up and says “ can I help you with that Sir”
I just laughed and said sure ,
Some sad chit there. LOL

Find the broccoli or any other veggie that gets misted and use the water to open the bag. You’re welcome, Sir.
