We finally built up the navy (facilities) right when drones (NIL) became the thing.

Football has been frustrating and disappointing because we know what could and should be. But even with our 3 implosions under Chump, Butters & Cousin Eddie we’ve still been better than most. With all that, the rebuild, and doing it right, is underway and will take time.

Overall, the Gators have lots for other programs to envy. A UGA Buddy was talking about how it will feel getting E in a row. I told him I didn’t know, but I do know what it’s like to be the only program to win football and basketball in the same year, to have won back-to-back-to-back basketball & football, then another football, plus be the only program to win football, basketball and baseball. He said, “Impressive.”

I could have gone on about by far the most total SEC championships, NC’s in a dozen or more sports, we’ve swept the SEC all sports, men’s & women’s trophies like 19 times and no one else has ever done that.

It’s GREAT to be a Florida Gator.

In fact I remember specifically you stating we would have "no problem" winning at least 9-10 games after I stated Karl should be a COY candidate if he won 8 games.

True. UGA fired Mark Richt because very good wasn’t good enough. I’ll be happy to see us get good again, but the goal is excellence=>sustained excellence.

We'll always have at least one loss. It's in the state constitution in the same place where it says we have to play Clown College every year. Come to think of it, Fuchs, Foley, Stricklin, and Cousin Eddie should have all been arrested for not scheduling them in 2020.

Anyway, it's always good to get that loss out of the way in the regular season because we're toast if we're still undefeated after FSU.
