Like others have said: I believe Shannon will be promoted to DC and we'll go after a LB coach who can actually recruit that position. Whether we can get anyone worth a sh*t is yet to be determined.

We did upgrade DL coach after that first disaster choice bailed on us in under a week. Could you honestly imagine how much worse our recruiting would be? The dude left because he didn't realize how tough recruiting actually was.
