Cousin Eddie is another perfect example of the Peter Principle. He was a good OC but that was his level of competency. He will never be anything more than mediocre as a HC. Without Urbs he's anything but stellar.
IMO he’s done what he was hired to do…get the roster in better shape. It’s time for him to move on.

Why paid so much and given an extension baffles me.

Why we don’t have a coach in waiting or actually several at this point is beyond me?

The Bama game contrasted a real winner and a real loser. Saban was furious about the win and Mullen was happy as a clam with the loss. There's so many things that prove him a loser but you don't need to look any further than his own mouth. He never takes responsibilty.

Don't expect any help from Stricklin. The fans will have to run him off. We can't expect to be rescued by the NFL -- who would hire the clown. I didn't see Urbs offer him the OC job, even.

7.6 million and he takes off before taking all questions. Disgusting, and Stricklin needs to do something about it.
You know better than to expect that my son. Someone will have to hire an assassin.

What’s even more depressing is to listen to all the players whine about not being able to hear because of 32,000 Kentucky fans sitting on metal bleachers.
Really, I wasn't on the field but I could hear the hand claps from my sofa :-).

It never works out that way. That arrogant SOB isn't going anywhere voluntarily. He doesn't have the eggs to voluntarily self destruct like Old Hee Haw, who IMO planned the whole thing.

Except the roster isnt in better shape.

and unless the next coach is also going to run the quarterback keeper offense, youre going to have trouble countering the argument that the roster is significantly worse.

I know reality doesnt matter to some of you though.

it was really loud in there.

it was painfully loud most of the fourth quarter, even in the stands, no doubt louder on the field.

Their facilities were significantly better than ours by 98-99. I was honestly.shovked even them. and they've done multiple expansions and renovations since then. Its not even close.

I guess you are only concerned about raw number of seats (1/3 empty at BHG) or exceptionally impressed with 1950s-1970 cinderblock in our little piece of ghetto housing.

That's right, it's impossible to prove that the roster is in better shape when recruiting has been out of the top ten since the turkey took over and even if it is, it's meaningless when you have a loser at the helm.

Im not counting stars. That’s for Chumps.

We are much better balance than when he came. We were so out of whack.

Of course we had to dip into the xfer portal to do so which I prefer than having a bunch of deadwood freshmen and sophomores.

The analysis is where would we have been with Frost or Kelly or Norvell or Jimbo or who else? I can’t say we’d be better off.

If we don’t have the inside track on some HC potentials we do need to clean house for gross incompetence.

You mean chumps like Saban, and Meyer, and coaches like that?

And we were going to get them to replace Mcstain?

The chump I was referencing was Muskchump. Too many stars where had enough.

Well Meyer did leave us a little lite on scholarship players. What was the headcount?

How many db stars did chump had?

He counted stars over balance.
We have zero balance at WR, basically one kid who is even slightly difficult to cover. Our TEs are garbage. Our OL quality is questionable or depth is nonexistent (we basically have nothing but guards and all of questionable athleticism.)

Our QBs are really just fullbacks/HBs.

We have really only 1 LB onthe roster , Hopper, with a gaggle of blitz specialists. And basically 2 actual SEC NT DTs.

but you can live in your gin induced fantasy world all you want. What is now balanced?

That's not true. We had more 5 star talent when Meyer left than we have now. How else do think the Chump could win 11 games, all of them without scoring 20 points.

Much better than where we were. We couldn’t even have a spring game one year no?
