Im going A-, with the recruiting term paper still outstanding though the first draft was a shaky C.

Overachiever the first year and much easier to like than I ever imagined.

A-. Only because we didn't defend The Swamp by losing to UK and Mizzou. Incredible job otherwise with a marked lack of talent due to the Shark ****er.

Agreed. Gave an A- due to the shaky recruiting and losing to freakin UK and Mizzou. A 10 win season and definite improvement over the year with wins over FSU and Mich even out the lows.

I went B+ only because there wasn’t a B option. You don’t lose at home to Kentucky and as well as Mizzu and receive an A if any kind.

An “A”. Would be an A+ except for the damn UK game. Loss at home is unacceptable.

Compared to the last decade, this year was the equivalent to a massage with a happy ending.

Loses at home to Kentucky and Mizzu is not an A. We've been treated to F level coaching for so long, we've lost perspective. If Meyer or Spurrier lost at home to KY and Mizzu and got blown out by the Dawgs, would anyone have given them an A?

In 1990, Spurrier's first year? Hell yes they would have. Maybe not Meyer in 2005, but they would have been so happy to have been rid of Zook and to actually win a bowl game, it would have been close.

Spurrier and Meyer both beat Georgia in their first year, but that wasn't really my point. Was a damn good first year, but not an A. Remember B is above average. An A comes with an SEC championship trophy.

Definite A. Results of a 13 game season must be balanced against preseason expectations and relative to the talent on deck.
